The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a key role in the internal Salesforce Product team and is positioned as a liaison between stakeholders at Nevada State Bank and the rest of the team. This person will build relationships with key business and operations stakeholders at Nevada State Bank in order to better understand what they need to maximize their effectiveness and will bring that knowledge and context back to the team help develop the company's Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Manage relationships with internal business stakeholders
Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems and user needs
Create user stories and epics to support prioritization of platform development
Provide support within the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports in Salesforce
Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce based on the needs of the business
Customize the Salesforce application using declarative configuration capabilities
Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to projects
Assist the Product Managers with managing various vendor relationships related to Salesforce
Assist with helpdesk queue as level 2 support for escalated issues
Collaborate with developers in creating automated unit and regression testing suites
Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements
Assist in user training and coaching as needed
Collaborate with the various Salesforce teams to ensure optimal delivery of Salesforce functionality
Participate in product delivery teams leveraging an Agile framework
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor's finance, technology or a related field and 2 yrs business analyst experience in banking process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience. Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations. Some experience with project methodology. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Must have Six (6) months salesforce.com administrative and support experience.
Working knowledge of business processes and systems, programming and systems analysis procedures.
Basic knowledge of project techniques and practices.
Basic knowledge of configuration management and change management.
Basic understanding of Agile principles
Strong problem solving, analysis and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees to resolve problems and improve processes or systems.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Prior analysis and data interpretation to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients beneficial.
Experience with QA testing (i.e. Developing test plans, test scripts, and executing both). Must have Data Loader, MS Office Suites knowledge and experience with computers and office skills.
Banking experience a plus.
Salesforce certifications a plus.
