Tectonic is a leading technology and business services company serving mid-sized business to enterprise customers with a focus on Insight to Action automation in the cloud. Insight to Action is the intersection of big data, analytics, marketing automation and CRM that provides an integrated approach to automating customer interaction. We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Salesforce practice for a 4 to 12 month project. THIS IS A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACT AND YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Practice the approach to CRM success: business process and user adoption first, technology second

Perform in-depth analysis as a participant in process definition, requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing

Document functional requirements and transform them into a detailed system requirements

Ensure traceability to and from functional requirements

Work with teams to develop solutions for the configuration and customization of software

Work with teams to perform data integration and migration from outside sources

Deliver training to client personnel business process and system

Strong understanding of the CRM functionality in order to identify requirements trade-offs that keep the project on schedule yet sill meeting the business objective

Ability to relate CRM functionalities to the business objectives that can be clearly understood by the business

Communicate effectively, solve problems and identify and communicate project issues properly

Ability to lead small and enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and lead customer support projects

Requirements

US Citizenship

4+ years of experience with business or requirements analysis (Big 4 experience a plus)

4.5 years salesforce, siebel, oracle, or dynamics experience

3+ years of experience with CRM applications

Consultative, attention to detail; as well as highest level of integrity and strong problem solver

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working in an on/off shore environment

Strong time management and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio)

Good communications skills both oral and written

Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced, start up environment
