Work you'll do:
This salesforce business analyst position performs a critical role supporting both existing functionality clarification, triage/troubleshooting, defect resolution support, and testing. This role will engage with business stakeholders to analyze reported issues,
discern between defects, misunderstanding of functionality, or new requirements and
assist developers in mapping those capabilities to solutions that leverage existing or
planned functionality. This role requires the ability to analyze business and technical
questions and identify paths to resolution. The Functional Business Analyst will also
conduct regression testing, systems testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The
Analyst ensures that all products are built to 508 Requirements, and that all documents,
visualizations and presentations are conformant. UAT will include browser testing,
accessibility and 508, planning support needs to end users with disabilities and assistive
technology users.

Qualifications
Required:
and recommend workarounds

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of direct work experience supporting
configuration of functional analysis for application(s) hosted
on the Salesforce Force.com platform
Active Salesforce Administrator certification
Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies
including Scrum and Kanban
CSS and their applicability within Salesforce
functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment

Must be a U.S Citizen that holds or is eligible to obtain the required security clearance for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience with 508 compliance
Active Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000.00 to $145,000.00.
