Develop a deep understanding of the process and technology that defines our business and leverage that knowledge to identify operational inefficiencies
Partner with internal technology team and business teams to define business processes and associated business requirements
Perform ad hoc analysis and leverage data to validate and support all processes, system changes and salesforce updates
Work closely with Salesforce developers, solutions architects, and administrators to develop Technical Solutions.
What You'll Need
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience with Salesforce administration
Experience with Salesforce release management processes
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business needs
Understanding of data management and database modeling
Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Microsoft Connector, Workbench, etc.)
Knowledgeable of using Salesforce in the following areas: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Quote-to-Cash.
Some experience with Lean Data, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, SpringCM, and Clari is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus
Salesforce.com Administrator or Developer certifications are a plus
Operations experience is a plus (Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Support Operations, Finance Operations)
