We are looking for a talented Salesforce Architect to join our growing Sales Operations team. You are responsible for the overall design, development and support of our system of record in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Manage the current SFDC environment
Handle ongoing customizations and workflows to accommodate business - marketing, sales, customer success and support processes
Build system changes and roll out of new features on an on-going basis
Develop and maintain integrations with Thoughtspot application as well as 3rd party solutions - quoting, forecasting, professional services, etc.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on push/pull and data management through ETL/API development
Responsible for system security and overall data integrity
Build out test and QA processes for development and launch of new features - targeting zero disruption and backwards compatibility
Responsible to handle first-hand support and training of users along with the team
Be on a constant lookout to improve processes to drive productivity, efficiency and bottomline impact
User management and on-going communications with user base
The qualified candidate must also have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interface directly with business and technical staff
Ability to work with other technology teams in order to facilitate the interface between Salesforce and other systems
Ability to work independently while proactively identifying and communicating issues or opportunities
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or field marketing role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.
Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities.
Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
5+ years developing on Salesforce.com including VisualForce and Apex
Strong Salesforce configuration experience including developing custom objects and custom UI configurations
Experience implementing Salesforce functionality like workflows, validation rules, triggers, controllers, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging and Process Builder
Knowledge of SFDC configuration including use of data loader, and other third party tools
Worked with middleware (like Celigo, Mulesoft, Boomi) and integrating with systems (like NetSuite, Coupa, Workday)
Experience with data migration in and out of SFDC for objects
Experience using Apex to consume web services such as REST APIs
Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer certification
BA/BS degree in a computer/business discipline (or equivalent applicable experience
