As the Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for:
Delivery of transformational cloud-based CRM solutions and technologies across the Honeywell enterprise.
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning and deployment of emerging solutions to drive exceptional experiences and increased productivity and growth.
Ensure that the solution/project delivery is compliant with Honeywell standards, business requirements and business processes.
Work with Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to determine efficient and optimal solutions for Sales and Marketing.
Integrate SBG-specific business processes related to Global Design Model including Salesforce and Marketo
Partner and closely with IT Business Partners, Business Associates throughout Honeywell, and other solutionists to identify & document functional and business requirements and target emerging solutions.
Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support business unit clients.
Provide leadership, direction, and project management for IT investments to ensure successful delivery and operations.
Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the CRM platform across the enterprise
Responsible for CRM Platform Strategy and CRM Roadmap and Demand Management
Drive Business Alignment with the CRM roadmap
Partner closely with the Salesforce GDM and Enterprise Services teams to establish and align standards and technology roadmaps for emerging digital customer experience solution capabilities across Honeywell.
Conduct formal customer reviews during project execution and support to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing ROI growth.
Serve as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the CRM platform
You Must Have:
Customer focused & skilled relationship builder with capacity to initiate & champion collaborative relationships & trust
Project Management experience on small to medium multi-disciplinary teams within a large corporation
Experience working with remote teams globally
Work effectivity with senior management
Strong collaboration, negotiation and presentation skills
