Position: Salesforce Administrator/BSA

Duration: 4 months


Need a Salesforce Administrator who has a strong experience enterprise-level BSA background supporting and SFDC projects with 50% SFDC Administrative duties, 50% SFDC BSA duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a Salesforce Administrator day-to-day activities will include: creating and managing fields, provisioning user, maintaining user profiles, role hierarchy, security, sharing model, data management, configuring objects, configuring process automation, creating and managing analytics, and ad-hoc user support requests, diagnose, and resolve issues
  • Understanding of CRM related business processes like Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Partner Program, and Relationship Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management
  • Collaborate within multiple stakeholders and cross-departmental teams to ensure proper implementation approach is in place for a Salesforce implementation
  • Drive the innovative use of Salesforce as a productivity tool and business platform. Be a company expert on the back-end development of, including but not limited to design of workflow, validation, escalation, approval process, assignment rules, and formulas
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the driving industry and processes best practices in the current scope and evolution of the Salesforce platform, providing recommendations and assisting in the creation of the Strategic Roadmap for improving the coverage and avoiding excessive customization.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Certified SFDC Admin and Service Cloud Consultant.·
  • Certified Salesforce Knowledge Consultant is a plus.
  • Strong (minimum 4 years) enterprise-level BSA background supporting and SFDC projects. 50% SFDC Administrative duties, 50% SFDC BSA duties.
  • This role is supporting the SFDC infrastructure and integrations·
  • Operational Support experience; Clear understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by Salesforce.

  • Digital Advertising company background required

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: * Manage, mentor and develop a team of Salesforce developers and admins; design, create and enhance application architecture and shape the architectural vision and roadmap for the organization. * Design and implement scalable technical solutions on the platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud and Customer / Partner Communities. * Effectively partner with technology teams to define and implement elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions translating business requirements into systems, services, and solutions using Salesforce technologies with best practices in mind. * Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization. * Define overall architectural principles and framework. * Establish best practices, standards and operational guidelines, with focus on continuous improvement of platform reliability and serviceability. * Be the lead subject matter expert in driving the industry best practices for the CRM ecosystem and associated integrated tools. * Drive research, case studies, and prototypes on leading edge technologies and how they can be leveraged * Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange * Work towards continuously raising our standard of engineering excellence QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: * MS/BS degree in Computer Science with at least 5 years of effective people management experience in the CRM field. * 15+ years of experience in Salesforce and other CRM applications * Require excellent technical skills and outstanding analytical and influencing skills paired with great business insight * 5+ years as Technical Architect independently designed and delivered complex projects. * Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security model with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration / customization using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Salesforce Shield, AURA, Lighting web components (LWC). * Ability to develop technical performance architecture that solves most complex performance issues. * Ability to create an environment for honest and open discussion to resolve critical issues by collaborating with team members. * Experience coordinating and working effectively with global teams * Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment. * Can easily zoom in and out on detail, while maintaining efficacy and clarity of concepts * Ability to drive alignment and awareness around problem/decision * Experience with devops and Source Code management Tools * Experience with Agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments (Copado, Jenkins, Autorabit etc). * Experience with integrating with 3rd party applications using SOAP/REST API, Middleware, etc. * Salesforce certifications will be a plus * Experience with CPQ & Quote to cash processes in a SaaS & recurring revenue company is ideal.
