Salesforce Administrator

Victory Capital Management is seeking a full time Salesforce Administrator who will support the design and continued operations of the Salesforce.com for Victory Capital Management. The successful candidate will participate in all levels of the Salesforce life cycle including design planning, configuration and development of custom objects, fields and integrations with other business applications as necessary. They will drive continuous improvements of the Salesforce platform and support the organization by instituting data hygiene policies, identifying and implementing new functionality and driving adoption. To be considered for this role, you will have proven skills in supporting multiple teams throughout an organization, and the ability to uncover business requirements and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all system admin duties (user account maintenance), configurations, customizations, dashboards, workflows report building

  • Support user community be a point of contact for user issues and questions

  • Responsible for managing the Broadridge sales compensation tool

  • Complete regular internal systems audits and prepare for upgrades

  • Manage salesforce data feeds and other integrations

  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests

  • Assist in training of new users and grow the SF skill set across the organization

  • Own creation, testing and maintenance of custom objects, fields and support app integrations

  • Develop and enforce sales team processes to ensure timely and accurate data capture and management in Salesforce

  • Maintain and cleanup database including de-duplication and contact updates

  • Support distribution in maximizing the effectiveness of Salesforce in segmenting target market

  • Update CRM user support documentation

Requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM strategy and systems required

  • 2+ years of Salesforce.com configuration experience required

  • Experience in Communities, Marketing/Sales Cloud and Pardot preferred

  • Strong excel and data management ability and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Salesforce.com Admin certified (Advanced Admin Certification preferred)

  • Previous experience working with Salesforce.com

  • Cross-functionally with sales, client services, marketing, etc. preferred

  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
