We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a 6 month project in Des Moines, IA or Duluth, GA. All work will be completed on site.

In this role you will manage the Salesforce.com CRM, handling daily Salesforce case work and tickets to maintain and upgrade existing functionality.


DUTIES:

  • Manage the Salesforce.com CRM application including ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
  • Hands on configuration of Sales and Service Cloud including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, etc.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data cleansing projects.
  • Document new and existing processes in SFDC.
  • Collaborate with internal teams effectively, and seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes.
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with AppExchange.
  • Experience managing and triaging user submitted issues via ticketing system(s).
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader).
  • Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production).
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, etc.).

This position will also manage any internal or external development of these systems. Organization The Product Support Specialist will be part of the Chief Actuarial Team reporting to the Director of Product Development Operations. Job Responsibilities CRM System (Administrator & Trainer) – 80% Account Management Tools: * Design tables, page layouts, list views, reports and dashboards in the CRM system so that internal users can effectively use the system to manage key accounts * Configure workflow and approval processes to support and optimize business processes * Monitor and control data in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness * Analyze CRM system data in response to channel marketing initiatives and define, design and present reports that meet business needs on both an ad hoc and regular basis * Manage any non-configuration development of the CRM system PD Hub Tools: * Design tables, page layouts, list views, reports and dashboards in the PD Hub system so that internal users can effective use the system to manage the product development process including but not limited to: contract filing process, project approvals, product one stop documentation, ad review process, expense reporting etc. * Configure workflow and approval processes to support and optimize business processes * Monitor and control data in the PD Hub system to ensure data accuracy and completeness * Analyze PD Hub system data in response to product development initiatives and define, design and present reports that meet business needs on both an ad hoc and regular basis * Manage any non-configuration development of the PD Hub system Administrator * Manage new user setup, user profile changes and user terminations * Create business processes to keep data in the CRM and PD Hub systems accurate * Provide ongoing troubleshooting support for users in accessing or utilizing the systems * Provide ongoing assistance for users who are creating their own customized views or reports * Identify, document and manage enhancement requests * Develop and enforce change control process to prioritize changes and shepherd them from development to production without impacting existing functionality * Manage integrations with external applications such as HubSpot, Salesforce Maps, etc. * Report on user activity and trends * Design and implement programs to increase user adoption and engagement * Develop and maintain relationships with Salesforce and other external contacts in support of the CRM and PD Hub systems Trainer * Train new users on existing system functionality and applicable users on any newly implemented functionality or data * Develop and maintain training documentation and tools Sales Management Reporting and Tools: 20% * Support external and internal sales management reporting on an automated and ad hoc basis * Provide back up support to ensure that automated sales reports are reviewed on a regular basis and that data is accurate * Provide back up support to upload automated sales reports to company intranet in a timeline manner * Provide ad hoc sales management reports with accurate data and within a timely manner * Provide back up support on tools used to support key account management Experience and Education Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required * Minimum three years Salesforce and related CRM experience * Salesforce Administrator Certification required * Minimum three years of project management or product development experience * Preferred Requirements * Minimum three years of experience in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry Skills and Abilities * Strong problem solving skills * Knowledgeable of database structures and tables * Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are critical * Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required Physical Demands and Work Environment * Must be able to work in a fast pace team environment, handle multiple tasks and projects. #LI-JG1 Fidelity Des Moines IA
