Q2 is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to take our highly utilized, highly customized Salesforce implementation to the next level. The ideal candidate blends Salesforce savviness, operational excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, power-users and citizen developers to tackle business challenges with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem of applications

  • Organize operations for the team related to service workflow and deployments

  • Partner with stakeholders in the business to ensure that our tools are on the leading edge of innovation and ahead of our competition

  • Build relationships with all levels of the business, from supporting front-line employees to planning with executives

  • Drive platform adoption and lead training efforts for new features/releases

  • Balance day-to-day user support with leading longer-term projects

  • Interpret business requirements into designs, with a focus on scalable solutions that are managed by the business rather than administrators and developers

  • Responsible for ensuring all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to

Experience And Knowledge

  • 5+ years' experience in a Salesforce administration or business analyst role

  • Salesforce certification(s) strongly preferred

  • Experience with Sales and Service clouds required

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud or the new Lightning user experience a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

RigUp is hiring an experienced, problem solving, and detail-focused Salesforce Administrator who has supported high growth organizations. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be working in our Sales Operations team with a team of administrators who are responsible for everything from system administration & build across multiple business units. What you'll do: * Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce.com using declarative tools * This includes custom fields and objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, process builder, flows, reports, and bulk data load utilities (e.g. Data Loader) * Analyze business performance and manage stakeholder requirements primarily related to the Salesforce environment * Be a key player in supporting Pardot, working with the marketing team to ensure correct Salesforce campaign setup, data flows * Advise the organization when necessary on how to best utilize the data within Salesforce and reporting warehouse * Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests * Partner directly with business units to identify system needs, gather requirements, assist with prioritization and successful project delivery * Look at the SFDC ecosystem strategically and advise stakeholders on ways to improve their processes * Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions * Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and manage expectations from project inception through delivery * Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, perform maintenance, manage reporting, and assist with integrations What you should have: * 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role * 4+ years of experience building Flows and Processes * Demonstrated ability to work across platforms, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems * Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment * Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests * Self-starter, capable of working through problems quickly * An unwavering attention to detail, the ability to deliver a timely and accurate product, and the aptitude to strike a balance between the two * Lightning platform, Pardot and Zendesk experience preferred * Advanced Excel skills Perks: * Flexible PTO policy * 401k Program with 4% match * Fully paid employee health insurance for employee * Open office space in the heart of downtown Austin RigUp is a technology company that's building a platform to better support the energy workforce.
