To support and accelerate our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our CRM strategy and ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce across the organization.

You will...

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and build technical solutions

• Design, configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce

• Implement CRM strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and user adoption

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to Salesforce users at all levels

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

• Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to maximize the platform's potential

You're a great fit for out team because...

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• Your Salesforce Administrator certification (required)

• Additional certifications like Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant

• A proven track record of successful implementations and user adoption

• Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices

• Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows)

• Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
