Kyriba is currently seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide end-user support and to administer the different business applications mainly based on SalesForce technology.
This position will be located in our office in San Diego, CA with some domestic and international travel.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Work with an Information Systems team to manage the Salesforce.com platform for end users
Perform administration of the Salesforce.com instance / Manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, custom buttons/links, etc.
Understand, maintain, and enhance Kyriba's business processes that are implemented in Salesforce.com.
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
Perform routine maintenance
Ensure data security is enforced by the use of roles, profiles, and sharing rules
Assist users with report design and management
Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions
Other duties as assigned
Ability to administer Salesforce.com (manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, custom buttons/links, etc.)
Data manipulation and cleaning
Strong documentation skills
Strong problem determination and resolution skills
Self-motivated, able to work within a project-based environment
Detail oriented and organized with an ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise confidentiality and good judgment when working with sensitive issues
Ability to effectively communicate with users of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and changing environment
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of one years' experience with Salesforce administration required
Experience working with software vendors preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word required
Experience with dashboards / reports development projects required
Knowledge of databases and database integration
