Job Summary and Description
Improving organizational efficiencies through the implementation of progressive operational enhancements, or through a more sustainable utilization of the management of College or District resources. Expert Services or Work Unit Supervision provided by the employee in one or more of the following: organizing, planning, developing, and directing a work unit. Serves as an organization-wide expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, primarily Salesforce, and other related professional or technical areas.
Reports to the CRM Systems & Reporting Manager.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, management information systems, computer engineering, higher education, or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
Two+ years of Salesforce experience is required, preferably in higher education.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree in a related area.
Three+ years managerial duties.
Higher education experience, preferably including Banner student information system experience.
