  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce

  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization

  • Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of

  • Assist with training end users on the use of

  • Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce

  • Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop/implement solutions

  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies

  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

  • Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stake holders

  • Ensure problem-free deployments to production, without any interruptions to business processes

  • Create a data-driven culture with high standards of operational excellence and continuous improvement


  • Demonstrate experience in a highly customized environment - administering and customizing platform essential; workflows, automation, standard and custom objects, etc.

  • Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices

  • Ability to troubleshoot production incidents in complex, multi-application environments

  • Ability to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured and disciplined approach to the full systems lifecycle

  • Ability to design and implement a Salesforce solution to existing business challenges and opportunities

  • Deep understanding of salesforce architecture, processes, product and best practices

  • Thorough knowledge/experience working with custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows in Salesforce

  • Excellent communication skills, with proven track record working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment

  • Works well under pressure while maintaining tact and professionalism

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field

  • 2+ years of experience working as Salesforce Administrator

  • 2+ years of experience working in an environment managing 500+ user accounts

  • Salesforce Administrator certification strongly desirable

  • Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
