The Salesforce Administrator will ensure that the organization is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the salesforce system based on the various user group needs. The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more.

Requirements:
1.Responsible for management of system to include:

a.Proactively seeking out system changes, user feedback, and user requirements

b.Manages system changes, new releases, workflows, functions and configurations without interruption to end users

c.Creates and Maintains reporting capabilities, fields, views, dashboards within the salesforce system

d.Manage and maintain configurations and/or customizations as deemed necessary.

e.Responsible to enhance system through process improvement and support functions

f.Manage communications that relate to system changes and change control processes

g.Follows thorough change management procedures.
2.Responsible for System Maintenance, Security and Integrity to include:

a.Maintain salesforce hierarchy, territories, accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changes

b.Maintain system security to share rules, grant/remove licenses and create user roles, profiles and hierarchies

c.Coordinate updates/changes with other Salesforce application administrators to ensure compatibility
3.Responsible for User Assistance, Training, Adoption, and Satisfaction to include:

a.Act as SME on Salesforce System

b.In partnership with HR Training & Development, create and administer training for new and existing users

c.Assists departments to create processes in the system to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads

d.Continually seek process improvement enhancements to implement within the system
4.Responsible for Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance to include:

a.Imports data as needed

b.Ensures data integrity through merging duplicate leads, contacts and accounts

c.Performs mass uploads of data as required and checking for data integrity
5.Responsible for the creation of Dashboards to include:

a.Creation and Maintenance of dashboards and reports including folder maintenance

b.Develops complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information to Senior Leadership

c.Build and Manage report folders to improve sales efficiency
6.Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.

1.Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree
2.3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience required
3.In depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and proven success within these capabilities through custom code and/or integration with external systems
4.Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce reporting functionality
5.Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
6.Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
7.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
8.Proven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool
9.Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
10.Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications

Join a team that makes "Great Things Happen!"™ Under general direction, the TRECS System Administrator will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the reconciliation software system known as TRECS, including user access, data mapping, and reporting functions. This role will work closely with the Reconciliation and Control Manager to ensure efficient reconciliation functions are in effect that meet current and future business needs within the company. Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the day to day administration of the reconciliation software. 2.Conducts periodic reviews of the reconciliation system access to ensure that users and rights are appropriate. 3.Develop, continuously refine and conduct user training on the reconciliation system. 4.Manage system releases and perform appropriate testing before deploying into production to ensure there are no major interruptions in the department's operations and that the releases reflect accurate data. 5.Monitors system performance and configuration to ensure optimal performance and maximum data integrity. 6.Serves as liaison between end users and IT staff for problem resolution on the reconciliation application. 7.Set up new users on the reconciliation system and assign to appropriate groups within the system. 8.Assist Finance department in maintaining the general ledger reconciliation certification process for the company and all subsidiaries. 9.Assist manager in the conversion/consolidation of acquisitions and system changes, related to reconciliation policies and procedures in regards to the reconciliation system. 10.Monitor and implement into the reconciliation system newly opened general ledger and internal bank accounts. 11.Maintain and create system generated reports and their email distribution chains. 12.Help support auditors in the completion of their audits/exams. Work with manager to draft written responses and/or implement actions. 13.Work with the manager to develop and document effective policies and procedures related to the reconciliation system. 14.Designs and implements core and ad hoc reports. 15.Coordinates data from various sources, analyzes the data, and designs useful reports and business metrics. 16.Complete annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.
