BoomTown is looking for a Salesforce Administrator that will work with our IT team to support our users and business processes. This is an opportunity to work in a high-growth, high-paced organization and help shape the framework by which an organization is run!
What you'll do:
Work with Sales & Client Success teams to solve for process pain points and increase productivity
Modify and scale existing processes to support more users and new business requirements
Manage permissions, profiles, and role hierarchies
Maintain data cleanliness, record completeness, and duplicate management
Build and manage complex reports with cross-object requirements
Maintain and update process documentation and field definition
Manage validation rules and workflows -- time-based email alerts, field updates, record automation
Import/export/manipulate large amounts of data using excel
Communicate technical details to non-technical team members
Troubleshoot user issues
Provide day-to-day end-user support and educate users with best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of SalesForce
You have a Bachelor's degree
You have 2+ years with direct, hands on Salesforce experience as an administrator
You have extensive experience using process builder, workflow rules, and Salesforce formulas
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when articulating technical detail.
You have experience managing 3rd party applications in the Salesforce environment, including Marketing Automation tools/systems.
You have a knack for data architecture and logic
You take a high degree of ownership over your work and a proven ability to work independently
You are passionate about designing processes that scale
You have strong problem solving skills and can work cross-functionally in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment
You're happiest "getting your hands dirty" by digging into complex operations
You have strong listening skills and are open to input from other team members and departments
We'd be really impressed if:
You have SFDC Advanced Administrator certification
You have experience with Salesforce in a SaaS environment
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
You can read and/or write Apex code
You have experience migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning
You have experience maintaining thorough technical documentation
You have a working knowledge of Pardot (marketing automation system)
