The Salesforce Administrator and security advocate develops and executes security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate our cloud based commercial digital system. Additionally, this person will support environment management and release cycles. The associate work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator and Security advocate guides architects and developers on proper security controls for users, system, and data protection. This associate also works closely with EIP and Privacy teams to ensure adherence to corporate policy.

This associate ensures proper level of access and data classifications for the Salesforce and Vlocity solution for group digital. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of technical experience

Experience with security and/or environment management.

Demonstrated understanding of release deployment and quality controls for environment management.

Experience with leading or consulting large development teams.

Demonstrated appreciation of DEVOPS or automation of repeatable tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Experience with Salesforce and/or Dynamics CRM
