Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will actively collaborate with key business stakeholders and the technical team to addresses business needs. This will include continual collaboration with the business to improve and enhance the platform, create efficiencies, and maintain critical security of business and client data.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups, along with associated procedures.

• Handle day-to-day maintenance of the Salesforce platform including reports, dashboards, objects, and fields as directed.

• Manage Salesforce support tickets, troubleshoot with users, and identifying recurring issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards.

• Log and track identified system problems through to resolution.

• The Junior Salesforce Admin will be required to develop and stick to an annual personal plan to grow and maintain their relevant skills.

Education, Experience and Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a Financial Services Cloud org.

• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services Industry (Wealth Management, Banking, and/or Insurance) preferred.

• Knowledge of building and troubleshooting flows preferred.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).

• Knowledge of data management.

• Excellent technical documentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with peers and management to develop and support solutions.

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills; ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge and Flow Superbadges a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00. Final base compensation will be carefully determined based on several factors including relevant knowledge, skillset, and experience. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as discretionary bonus, health, dental, and vision plans, and employer 401(k) contributions.
