As a member of the Salesforce Credential team, you will be responsible for imagining, designing, developing, and implementing domain and role-based credentials, certifications, assessments, as well we enable and evaluate the skills of Salesforce application and platform users. You will manage end-to-end credential development and will be responsible for the quality of the assessment and program. You will identify, collaborate with, and maintain relationships with key experts and stakeholders across the company and within the community. You will work closely in a team environment to ensure that superbadges (domain level) and role-based credentials are aligned with the appropriate enablement and resources. You will contribute to the overall growth of the credential program through your involvement in projects focused on continuous improvement of the infrastructure, tools and processes, communication, and community.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience with Salesforce applications, platform, and Community.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Experience with enablement programs and the exam development process.

  • Understands how to design programs for and communicate with technical, developer-focused audiences.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and manage deliverables from a wide range of individuals across multiple departments and external organizations.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage projects and meet timelines with high quality results.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with certification exam and simulation software.

  • Experience in educational measurement, preferably in IT certification.

  • Experience with traditional and performance-based assessment.

  • Ability to drive system and process improvements.


  • Apply Salesforce domain skills and knowledge required in certified roles in order to evaluate, manage, evangelize the assessment programs that evaluate Salesforce expertise.

  • Manage the Salesforce assessments lifecycle, including: designing programs, assessments, items, and exam-related collateral.

  • Respond to feedback from exam candidates and contribute to the overall growth of the credential program and community.

  • Monitor the quality, performance, consumption, and value of the credentials and assessments.

  • Manage timelines, resources, deliverables, and communications for exam development projects.

  • Facilitate the scoring processes and manage the delivery of performance-based exams.
