BD & Sales Manager, Pktg / Bldg & Construction Solutions, Flexible Products Job Description Focused on developing new and current customers by driving design wins of Applied Materials technology into the target market and application including new products. This is a dynamic position that requires an individual with the right balance of business acumen, industry/application knowledge, technical and interpersonal skills to build a trusted relationship with targeted customers for business delivery.
Establish and develop business account strategy, plan and execution to achieve business goals at target market segment.
Ownership of building business opportunities and specification closure for packaging / bldg. & construction by leading customer validation processes of sampling, prototyping, design and qualification.
Proactively conduct and organize intensive marketing, technical and product promotion to the value chain of customers to enable sales pipeline for business growing plan.
Develop customer funnel through value chain and establish strong relationship with key decision makers among customer stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, marketing, etc.).
Collect market intelligence, application dynamics and customer roadmaps for material requirements (VOCs/CTQs) to internal stakeholders for business development strategy and decision on new product/new business opportunity.
Collaborate and communicate with internal cross-functional team (RD&E, PM, Customer service, SCM and Finance) for business operation and execution.
The position will be remote. The candidate can live anywhere in the US, Europe or Canada.
