Key Responsibilities:Engages in new and existing customer sales activities, which include generating leads, covering a territory, communicating with existing customers within the first year after sale, generating upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and meeting annual sales and revenue generation goals.Requirements:
• Closes deals in a complex deal process with varying sales cycles. Works closely with key deal influencers, including the CEO, board members, and a channel/technology partner.
• Builds value in competitive situations and works on opportunities that require strategic, critical thinking.
• Collaborates on organization outreach initiatives to develop sales opportunities.
• Builds and maintains pipeline coverage of 3x quarterly quota.
• Follows structured deal process. Records all relevant information correctly in CRM.
• Up to 30% travel required. (No travel requirements during this time due to COVID)Skills:
• Comfortable engaging clients at all levels of an organization, including the C-Suite and senior executive level. Maintains long-term relationships at these levels.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results.
• Organized and methodical. Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Regularly self-assesses performance against goals. Proven skills in planning, executing, sales forecasting, and meeting sales quotas.
• Seeks professional development. Driven by a desire for excellence in your craft.
• Thrives in a competitive environment. Jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges.Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• 10-15 years of sales experience in relevant healthcare background.
• Executive presence
• CRM experience documenting sales activities.
• Experience selling within healthcare is a must (complex selling experience)
• SaaS selling experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling to payers, insurers, long term care etc. NOT looking for someone with a hospital sales background. (Candidate will be selling to payor side or selling into healthcare side-not hospital related.)
• Hunter mentality, someone who can go find new business (must be an excellent closer). Not looking for someone who already has a book of business or wants to bring in their contacts, more interested in someone who can bring in a new customer base.
• Non Hero culture, need a team player.
• Experience navigating and closing high volume dealsTeam Size:
• 3 VPs and 3 dedicated SDRs (each VP has their own SDR).
• National customer base, gives candidate flexibility and large bandwidth to shape their own territory.

POSITION SUMMARY: The VP, Engineering (IRM) will lead a team of Engineering Leaders and Engineers for Health care Platforms, Products, Services and Tools to deliver the vision of the Company. Specifically, he/she will manage the Identity Right Management Software for the Enterprise. This includes (but not limited to): Permission Management for remote controls of sensitive documents, Conditional Access Advice Management, Governance of audit system that audits post access, and Building and managing Identity Matching Solutions. He/she will be a thought leader in strategy and execution. This will be done through innovation and collaboration with engineering teams and related business functions. This is a critical, highly visible and strategic leadership role within the company that has the potential to drive significant business impact. This position reports directly to the CTO, Chief Technology. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the design, implementation and support for the Enterprise Identity Rights Management program architecture, infrastructure, capabilities, components and standards * Deploy modern approaches to service-oriented architectures and applications. Specifically, good experience with implementing services using Microservices architectures, DevOps, and continuous delivery of IRM services and applications in a hybrid computing environment. * Develop and Drive Scalable Operating Environment and Architecture of IRM Solutions * Ensure Services meet SLA requirements * Build, recruit and lead a high performing team of Engineering Leaders and Engineers * Be a thought leader and partner in the development and execution of the Enterprise Technology Strategy * Create new opportunities in this space for Change with new feature capabilities and new offerings that drive customer and business value. * Partner with Product Management and Business leaders to drive Agile delivery of both existing and new offerings JOB Qualifications * People Leader; Build a bench to establish industry leadership. At least 7 plus years managing large engineering teams (including Managers and Contributors) * Experience working with High Performance Distributed Computing Systems in Public and Private cloud environments * Experience with Identity Life Cycle Management. * In depth knowledge of IRM security principles, protocols, frameworks, solutions and vulnerabilities * Understands how to work in Hybrid Cloud Environments. * Understands how to drive and manage scale of Operating Environment * Experience with Big Data/Micro Service based Systems and Architectures * Experience Developing Systems in Java or GO * Full Stack Experience (End to End Development) * Proven track record of building and delivering enterprise class products * BSCS, BSEE or equivalent, MSCS or MBA preferred. * Crisp and effective executive communication skills, including significant experience presenting cross-functionally and across all levels INSPIRING A BETTER HEALTHCARE SYSTEM Change Healthcare is one of the largest, independent healthcare technology companies in the United States.
