We are seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager with a strong background in sales and prospecting training, and proficiency in the SPIN Selling methodology and Strategic Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, sales training and excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate sales teams to achieve their targets.

This role will be based in our Concord, MA headquarters.

What you will do:

  • Develop and Deliver Sales Training Programs:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs focused on SPIN Selling and Strategic Sales techniques.

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff.

  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

  • Sales Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees through assessments and feedback sessions.

  • Identify individual and team training needs and develop tailored training plans.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategies and techniques.

  • Assist in setting ramping and onboarding KPI's and developing action plans to achieve them.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Train sales teams on effective prospecting techniques and lead generation strategies.

  • Share best practices for identifying and qualifying potential customers.

  • Develop and implement prospecting tools and resources.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and sales performance.

  • Use data and analytics to measure training outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on training activities and sales performance.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in prospecting and selling.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales training role within B2B Companies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

  • Proficient in SPIN Selling techniques and other sales methodologies.

  • Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.

  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and impactful training programs.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and e-learning platforms.

  • Motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
