We currently have a position available for a Sales Trainer working from KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay. This position is responsible for facilitating a world class training experience for KI's sales force.
This role includes a cross functional effort to research, evaluate, implement, and create successful training solutions that are designed to focus on KI's return on investment while maintaining high quality and satisfaction levels. This includes logistical execution and improvements for self-study content (LMS), suggestions for improvements for on-site training and delivery as well as field travel to improve and validate ongoing training and support.
In addition, you will:
Oversee the onboarding process for new sales reps, tracking progress, and working with managers to ensure timely completion of learning plans
Monitor instructional delivery best practices and learner assessments and adjust techniques or recommend changes
Deliver constructive feedback and coaching to learners
Create assessments for instructional delivery
Work with Product Marketing team to prepare presentations and facilitate field-based product training to Sales Specialists
Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) to create, roll-out and monitor product trainings
Use instructional design principles to create effective training materials utilizing mixed media to include videos, e-learning and mobile learning
Conduct follow-up assessments of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
Collaborate and coordinate the training curriculum between key departments
Individuals should possess a bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, organizational development or related field. Prior experience in the facilitation of instructor led training and experience in employee training and development is preferred. Sales training or sales experience is a plus.
