Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Consults with management to identify training needs and to ensure course content, training methodologies, and training materials meet those needs.
Identifies appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, nature of training being delivered, audience location, point within the learning process, and engages in needs assessments, course content development, program assessments, and participant testing/evaluations.
Developing and administering tools to measure effectiveness of training programs.
Making recommendations based on measurements to improve quality of training programs.
Providing feedback and coaching to client audience in one-on-one and group settings.
Assisting in sourcing third party training vendors.
Minimum 4 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
Extensive travel required.
Proven ability to engage audiences in learning topics and to respond to audience needs.
General computer skills, proficient on Google docs, slides and spreadsheet creation.
Travel as needed to training locations.
Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish highly desirable.
Advanced education in training and development preferred.
Previous/Current experience in non-standard auto claims handling.
Previous Insurance experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Education.
Property & Casualty licensed (preferred).
