Job Summary

UFP is in search of a two-dynamic individual who loves to WIN! As a Sales Trainee, your responsibilities will include gaining in-depth knowledge of Company products, policies, and procedures, and actively participating in essential sales and customer service tasks. Throughout your training, you will be guided by a mentor who will provide hands-on experience with the products, ensuring you are well-equipped with the knowledge necessary for success right from day one.

Career path → Sales Trainee → Account Representative → Account Manager → Senior Acct. Mgr. → Executive Acct. Mgr. → Regional Sales Mgr

Your training will take place in Salisbury, NC for the first year and then this candidate will likely be relocating to another UFP facility after training is completed.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into our product offerings and procedures through hands-on training experiences.

• Play an active role in sales, customer service, and production tasks, gaining valuable insights and skills along the way.

• Conquer our comprehensive training boot camp, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for success.

• Explore different facilities as part of our best practice training, broadening your understanding of our operations and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with a knack for picking up new business software.
