Sales Team Member For Tax Law Firm

Job Description Job Description Tax Law & CPA Firm looking for an experienced sales rep as a long-term team member to grow with the business. The position is to sell 1) Tax Plans 2) Tax Returns & Accounting engagements, and 3) IRS Tax Resolution cases.

Almost all leads come in warm from referrals, reviews, and YouTube (youtube.com/taxleverage). Most leads are in high need and often ready to sign up, so the main challenge of this position is not necessarily closing the deals, but understanding the differing offers and when they’re appropriate since there are several, managing follow up with genuinely interested leads that are busy due to running a business, keeping organized with tax or accounting information that may need to be reviewed by staff to give you a quote before a follow up call, and growing with the firm into a position that can eventually manage and work with other people. The firm has 18 people total, 2 of whom are on the sales team. Experience in business and/or familiarity with tax or accounting is a plus.
