We are seeking a Sales Systems and Data (SSD) Program Manager who will report to the Prospecting Data Lead within the Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) organization of Worldwide Commercial Sales Operations (WWCO). AWS' rapid rate of growth necessitates the maturation of enabling tools and data that will scale effectively with the field organization's forecasted size and simultaneously deliver continuous improvements in field productivity. This individual will assist the Prospecting Data Lead in organizing and managing the portfolio of initiatives that collectively represent the ongoing execution against the CRM strategy and integrated tools roadmap. In that capacity, working closely with SSD Project Managers as well as with counterparts within the AWS Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Business Technology and Solutions (BTS) teams, and third-party platform providers, they will partner to deliver and execute against the progression of initiatives from ideation and experimentation phases through to business justification and delivery. In addition to their deep competency in program management, the successful candidate will also bring a strong skillset in defining and documenting business requirements, including those that pertain to current state, future state, and user stories. The ideal candidate will possess talents as a program manager, relationship builder, and problem solver, be well-versed across the sales process spectrum, and appreciate the pursuit of deploying the most effective suite of tools and mechanisms in the world.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage portfolio and lead execution of CRM and integrated tools projects and initiatives
Partner with BTS and WWCO for overall governance of projects and initiatives, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and business justification
Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage implementation and associated legal, compliance, security, and contracting processes
Partner with business capability leaders/project managers within Systems & Data team to define future initiatives
Facilitate change management efforts in delivering portfolio projects to ensure field readiness, enablement, and adoption
