We are seeking a Sales Systems and Data (SSD) Program Manager who will report to the Prospecting Data Lead within the Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) organization of Worldwide Commercial Sales Operations (WWCO). AWS' rapid rate of growth necessitates the maturation of enabling tools and data that will scale effectively with the field organization's forecasted size and simultaneously deliver continuous improvements in field productivity. This individual will assist the Prospecting Data Lead in organizing and managing the portfolio of initiatives that collectively represent the ongoing execution against the CRM strategy and integrated tools roadmap. In that capacity, working closely with SSD Project Managers as well as with counterparts within the AWS Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Business Technology and Solutions (BTS) teams, and third-party platform providers, they will partner to deliver and execute against the progression of initiatives from ideation and experimentation phases through to business justification and delivery. In addition to their deep competency in program management, the successful candidate will also bring a strong skillset in defining and documenting business requirements, including those that pertain to current state, future state, and user stories. The ideal candidate will possess talents as a program manager, relationship builder, and problem solver, be well-versed across the sales process spectrum, and appreciate the pursuit of deploying the most effective suite of tools and mechanisms in the world.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage portfolio and lead execution of CRM and integrated tools projects and initiatives

  • Partner with BTS and WWCO for overall governance of projects and initiatives, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and business justification

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage implementation and associated legal, compliance, security, and contracting processes

  • Partner with business capability leaders/project managers within Systems & Data team to define future initiatives

  • Facilitate change management efforts in delivering portfolio projects to ensure field readiness, enablement, and adoption

Job Title: Data Privacy Program Manager This candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing the Global Privacy Program and should have prior exposure to global privacy and data protection laws and regulations, fair information practices and core privacy and data protection principles, direct marketing techniques, workplace monitoring, financial privacy requirements, online privacy, and information security. Responsibilities: Oversee and be the first escalation point for data protection queries, data subject rights requests, data protection impact assessments, and data mapping. Work cross-functionally within Slalom to manage data privacy and related compliance projects, processes, and technologies. Ability to build relationships with the various departments and to strategically input privacy into current and/or future state operations. Surface technical and scope trade-offs required to allow for informed decisions. Work with the Slalom Legal Team and the business to raise awareness of data protection best practices, drive compliance to privacy regulations, and ensure that stakeholders are incorporating privacy protection into their ongoing ways of working and decision making. Work with the Slalom Legal Team to collaborate with and assist business units to develop corrective action plans for identified privacy compliance issues. Work cross-functionally within Slalom to develop continuous improvements to privacy program. Evaluate the impact, and monitor the performance and effectiveness of, data protection assessments; undertake other privacy and data protection-related investigations where necessary. Inventory, review, and continually update data sources, data flows, and data processing activities. Write and update data protection documentation and guidelines; document processes and process amendments as required by regulations. Coordinate and participate in the development of guidance as well as training and awareness materials for relevant business functions involved in the processing of personal data. Participate in new business initiatives and product development activities to identify and escalate privacy considerations. Provide regular program status reports and metrics to stakeholders. Participate in external data privacy-related organizations to share and collaborate on best practices. Conduct privacy impact assessments to assess and mitigate risks related to processing, transmission and storage of PII data specific privacy-related requirements and potential vulnerabilities, including managing the privacy impact assessment process. Be willing and able to be a self-starter who can work independently, while managing multiple priorities.
