Storable is seeking a Contract to Hire Sales Support Specialist to join our collaborative and committed Support team. This role reports to the Sale Support Manager (or Director of Sales Support in manager's absence). As a member of the SST, you must have a client-focused attitude and strive to deliver the best customer experience possible. You will have a strong sense of "Team" within the broader Storable enterprise, as well as the SST and be motivated and engaged to help where needed.
You will ensure all New, Upsell and Cross-sell sales opportunities are accurate and complete and closed/won as quickly as possible to enable an expeditious product implementation as well as to ensure the Billing team has the supporting documentation to properly add, and start billing, accounts into the billing system. You will interact with several Storable teams to facilitate various workflows. You will ensure work is accurate and complete and done in a timely fashion. You will be a support to others on the SST as they will be to you, resulting in strong working relationships as well as a highly functioning team.

What you'll do:
Maintain presence in phone queue to answer customer calls and fulfill customer requests
Actively process incoming orders shared by the entire SST
Be responsive to Sales and other teams' requests for assistance with accounts, opportunities and contacts within Salesforce.
Ensure proper product quoting, checking with the Sales team and SST as necessary
Follow up with the Sales team and customers for missing opportunity information in a timely fashion
Alert Austin Billing team for updated payment information for products they bill
Handle and resolve customer requests or complaints, escalating to the Sale Support Manager
Be responsible for License Transfers of both Facility Management software products, website products and merchant accounts
Ensure Upsells are processed quickly including quoting accurate products based on products of existing facilities
Follow up with internal teams as necessary to ensure various work is completed
Facilitate Lease and Map Setups per customer requests (send quote and ensure Leases and Maps are attached to opportunity)
Be familiar with new product and feature launches and how to process within a new sale, upsell or cross-sell
Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer experience
