Sales Support Specialist

Your mission:

As a Sales Support Specialist at Mondi Minneapolis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of Mondi's product sales in the US market. This role is the foundation for potential growth within Mondi, with opportunities to transition into inside sales and even join our North American sales force. Following, are some of the tasks and responsibilities for this role.

• Provide comprehensive sales support to ensure the smooth execution of Mondi's product sales in the US

• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently

• Manage inventories across our distribution centers located throughout the US

• Coordinate the release of products for delivery to customers

• Handle invoicing and billing processes for orders

• Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Your profile:

• A 4-year college degree is required

• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to engage with customers and colleagues

• A curious, scientific, problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and adapt

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, is preferred

• Additional languages beyond English are a plus

• Flexibility to travel

• Experience in a similar role is helpful but not required; we will provide comprehensive training
