Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

The Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) will be responsible for providing support to the Domestic Sales Team in all administrative areas such as processing enrollments, collecting documents and payments.

Key job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Process enrollments, price quotations and data entry

  • Provide efficient, friendly and proactive customer service to students and school staff

  • Finalize enrollments by providing enrollment documents and orientation information

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues in our U.S. schools and develop a high level of familiarity with each school's staff and locations

  • Advise students on US immigration/visa regulations

  • Perform administrative tasks, i.e. faxing, filing, scanning etc.

  • Be a team player who is willing to contribute ideas towards everyone's success

  • Perform tasks using KI systems; Laserfiche, Salesforce and CLASS

  • Request I-20s for initial attendance and transfer students

  • Process extensions, cancellations and terminations

  • Calculate refunds as per KI Terms & Conditions

  • Collaborate with Sales Advisors and Marketing to reach and exceed team target

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines

  • Commitment to excellence in customer service

  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with a team

  • Computer literacy and data entry skills

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with international students

  • One or more foreign language ability (Spanish preferred)

  • Customer Service experience
