WHAT YOU'LL DO (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Sales data entry functions including:
Review incoming order files to identify and source missing/incomplete information
Identify missing data as necessary to complete requested fan details.
Check product selections against engineering/drafting standards for compliance.
Ensure subcomponent details meet model requirements as listed in standards guides.
Ensure accessory equipment selected is appropriate for the arrangement, model, and tier of product selected.
Check operating parameters and profitability of order for compliance with business standards.
Process entry of sales order file data into TCF systems within cycle time and volume requirements as defined in department MBO once data is complete and correct.
Provide order support information to internal customers across multiple business functions as is necessary to support business core values and strategic initiatives.
Ability to process level I and level II orders as defined by sales support guidelines.
Level I order is a basic fan assembly with no customization and no additional drawing requirements.
Level II order requires limited customization with new or unique drawing elements based on sold specifications. May require historic file research of previously sold items, and may also require unique width and diameter requirements for fan impeller.
Review and enter change orders for level I and II orders.
Review orders to ensure compliance for feasibility of construction on level I and II orders to include the following:
Ensure model, HP, drive combo, arrangement and isolators (if required) all meet standards.
Ensure selected materials fall within standards.
Ensure operating temperature and RPM conform to standards.
Ensure shaft and bearing calculations are present if required.
Check/clarify/submit incomplete data with Sales Support Specialist II or Sales Engineering Support Technician if additional items are required to complete order.
Complete drive requisitions as required to facilitate EDI order of required fan components.
Identify special orders to relevant internal customers to ensure proper equipment is supplied to end users by routing order through necessary functional areas to receive revisions, corrections, or clarifications.
On the job training/testing for promotion every 6 months for 2 years.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Two years of 4 year engineering/drafting degree (or 2 years of TCF experience) completed.
Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings on paper or in a 2D cad environment.
High attention to detail.
Exceptional mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
Proficient in standard office software systems.
Ability to communicate effective within a dynamic team environment.

Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach
Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer
