Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Provide support to the sales teams with daily activity.

• Track and report request for quotes (RFQs) for multiple customers.

• Daily customer portal review and manage the related documents, for Tool verification, invoicing, tracking and customer's survey.

• Support Price Update related to the material price change and D/S.

• Support entering price into customer's portal under the instruction.

• Engineering change instruction (ECI) tracking and coordination with Sales and Design.

• Open invoice and retro-payment coordination with sales and accounting
