The Sales Support Representative 2 will be responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this role include providing primary support to our Sales Leadership and assisting the sales associates as needed. The expectation will be to assist in daily office needs and managing our market's general administrative activities.
The Sales Support Representative 2 primarily provides administrative support to the market vice president as well as the group sales team. Makes travel and meeting arrangements for sales leaders. Prepares accurate and timely reports and presentations. Expertly multitasks and prioritizes daily assignments. Produces data on broker sales performance. Helps plan special events such as ordering lunch, creating agendas, etc. Performs other relevant duties deemed necessary to achieve department and company-wide goals
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative experience, including but not limited to preparing reports, managing calendars, troubleshooting equipment, creating and/or modifying presentations, arranging travel, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Knowledge of group sales processes and systems
Experience working in a sales and/or healthcare environment
