Robert Half OfficeTeam is looking for Sales Support specialists located in the Twin Cities metro that are available for temporary and temporary-to-full-time job opportunities. The Sales Support would be supporting Sales professionals by fielding and routing high volume calls.
Duties of the Sales Support would be running weekly and daily performance and compliance reports. Other tasks needed from the Sales Support would be to complete Data Entry for the team's candidates and electronic filing of paperwork, as well as distributing and managing electronic compliance documents. The Sales Support will also be asked to perform Administrative duties such as formatting resumes, sending candidate evaluations and preparing marketing materials as necessary.
