Sales Support Manager Senior

As a Sales Support Senior Manager, you will build, maintain, and lead a team of associates that are responsible for providing scheduling and administrative support to multiple Sales Force Members (SFM) within Capital Client Group. You will partner with Division Managers (DM) and SFM's to strategically establish support for the evolving territory needs and ensure internal alignment and support; communicate the vision to the team and motivate the team to accomplish the vision.

• You will demonstrate leadership and build and manage relationships while engaging associates and fostering a dynamic environment to ensure attainment and business plan objectives.

• You will oversee results and provide guidance and direction to ensure continual alignment of actions in support of objectives.

• You will build collaborative relationships with the DM's and external SFM's, and foster teamwork across the entire sales division.

• You will monitor performance of progress through regular review of operations.

• You will execute on strategy, ensuring effective hiring and alignments of resources to priorities to accomplish expected results.

• You will lead projects or initiatives, consult on optimal implementation of new processes in collaboration with various internal groups (e.g., marketing, compliance.)

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $122,367-$208,024

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $124,514-$211,674

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
