Sales Support Manager

We are now seeking a creative and motivated Sales Support Manager to join our growing family.

As the Sales Support Manager at Bone Dry Roofing, you will oversee and manage the Sales Support Specialists team, who are responsible for post-estimate outreach to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective follow-up on unsold estimates, nurture potential clients, and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role. This is an in-person position for our Indianapolis office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Support Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to meet sales objectives.

• Oversee the process of reaching out to clients who have received estimates but have not yet committed to a purchase.

• Develop and implement strategies for effectively following up on unsold estimates to convert potential clients into customers.

• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, addressing questions, concerns, and objections to encourage a positive buying decision.

• Continuously assess and improve post-estimate follow-up processes and workflows to enhance conversion rates.

• Track team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales analytics. Provide feedback, coaching, and training to enhance performance.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM systems or databases.

• Ensure that all interactions align with company standards, messaging, and policies to provide a consistent and positive client experience.

• Generate reports on sales support activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases (experience with CRM systems is a plus).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

• Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry (a plus, but not required).
