B&R is seeking a Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator to join the Inside Sales/Order Processing team in our Roswell, GA office. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and someone that enjoys a fast paced and growing environment. Must also be experienced in multitasking, data entry, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Job Description:

The Inside Sales/Order Processing teams main focus is to work with our customers and partners to confirm their purchase orders in a timely manner. Additionally to continue to monitor orders and expedite where necessary to meet requested delivery dates. You will work closely with our Client Relations team, sales, engineering, and B&R Austria to facilitate a positive customer experience, as well as an efficient and streamlined work environment.

In preparation for the role, B&R offers an intensive training program that includes our logistics processes, product knowledge, and sales support tools and other resources.

Your main responsibilities include:

Sales Support

  • Manage all aspects of the sales order entry process including timely and accurate entry of orders into SAP.

  • Support your team by providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

  • Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from our customers and partners.

  • Responsible for some daily / weekly / monthly tasks.

  • Provide sales reports upon request.

  • Assist in emergency shipments to customers.

Other Sales Support tasks

  • Work closely with Accounting to assist with credit limit or billing issues.

  • Provide support and back-up to various departments when members are out of the office


  • Sales order processing or purchasing experience preferred

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Bachelors Degree (Bachelor of Science or Art) or Associates Degree preferred, along with 1 year of work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Excel required

  • Problem-solving skills a plus

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a part of a decentralized Inside Sales team

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Positive attitude with a focus on continually improving performance

  • Experience with SAP desired, but not required

  • Opportunity for International travel
