The Creative Group (TCG) is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator for one of our DFW clients. The Sales Support Coordinator will: ? Act as a major liaison between Marketing and other departments, such as Customer Services, Sales, Production and Purchasing Departments ? Assist the sales force in their activities in order to achieve and exceed sales goals:
Produce high quality presentations and content to support sales team, Coordinate samples and marketing materials for presentations and rep requests and Coordinate and support sales teams with trade shows (occasionally attend) ? Act as the primary resource for product launches and promotions and support sales team ? Assist in the creation and updating of marketing material projects from start to finish: Price lists, Sell Sheets and Flyers ? Prepare monthly sales reports and different product analysis throughout the year ? Update and maintain company product database and web site ? Organize product specification sheet, including existing and new products ? Provide product information and specification in response to internal and external requests ? Be able to research and trouble shoot inquiries regarding product features and characteristics
Sales Support Coordinator MUST HAVE: ? Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business related degree with 3-5 years previous working experience as sales support coordinator ? Desire to work independently, take initiative and problem solve ? Interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to effectively prioritizes multiple tasks and meet deadlines ? Must be detail oriented, and highly organized ? Must have a positive attitude and a go getter energy ? Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently ?
