Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing operations across The Agency Network, including administration of our customer relationship management system (CRM), facilitation of project managing our pitch process, compiling metrics and data from finance, and other duties as assigned. This position also provides administrative support to the president.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in real-time maintenance of Salesforce CRM: inputting client data, pulling reports, billing support

• Lead efforts in prospecting and outreach

• Manage award submission and content creation

• Support president when the is in the field or at conferences as needed

• Attend and prepare for weekly business unit meetings, report key action items and notes

• Organize Agency leadership time management and appointments

• Input appropriate supplier requests and invoice processing to finance

• Coordinate client visits and engagement

• Coordinate internal communication to other MJH staff

• Weekly connection to finance to retrieve data and organize into analysis reports

• Customer Service e-mails/phone calls as needed
