Well this role is for you! Interface is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to support our Sales Team. If you enjoy interacting and communicating with customers, this role might be for you.
The Sales Support Coordinator is a key to the success of the team. This role is responsible for internal facing activities that help improve sales force effectiveness and maximize the selling teams performance. You will work directly with the field selling organization as an extension of the selling team, engage in customer-facing activities, focus on expanding customer reach, drive sales engagement, create leads, and enhance customer experience.
For the Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on designated team(s), serve as the primary contact for key sales support activities, including:
Manage and provide CRM quoting and pricing in the marketplace
Assist in sales opportunity management, working with Customer Excellence to accurately and efficiently
identify customer orders and the opportunity and quote within CRM
Coordinate complex customer fulfillment projects
Support Sales Team with internal processes and forms (DTBS, Custom, S&H, Advance, etc.)
Supply any presentation or product information that may be needed
Fill the teams lead pipeline through inside sales activities as directed by Team and Sales Management
Participate and support company initiatives
Required skills and experience:
HS/GED is required
A College Degree is preferred
Proven experience in Sales or administrative positions supporting the Sales team
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required
Knowledge of or willingness to learn:
Various Syndicated Lead Platforms
