Sales Support Associate
Provide exceptional and professional customer service to Precision Planting Dealers and Growers.
Effectively manage large amount of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers' need to achieve satisfaction
Communicate shipping details to all customers
Manage large order entry processes or companywide warranty orders.
Provide daily assistance to Region Managers.
Provide sales support and shipping information to Region Managers.
Assemble communication packets for trainings.
Assist with international shipping documentation.
Assist with OEM orders.
Responsible for the prospecting process and onboarding of all new Precision Planting Dealers.
Coordinate order processing exceptions with Shipping & Accounting
Prioritize & process backorders requests
Process shortages & overage requests
Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) within systems
Validate warranty claims
Issue replacement orders
Coordinate call tag issuance when needed for returning products
Coordinate internal tracking & communication
Communicate status with requesting dealer by phone or email
Performs job related tasks in a safe manner
Support internal staff with clerical activities
High school education required
2-4 years of customer service experience
College business courses are valued but not required
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Agriculture background is preferred but not required
