Your Role
As our Sales Support Assistant you will maintain merchandise organization and administrative daily tasks to support operations and the store environment with the goal of improving the associate and client experience. You will work with 1-2 departments. This role is onsite at a specified location and will report to a Group Manager.
What You'll Do
Check in and receive new merchandise (includes ticketing, backstock organization) per division requirements
Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status to client advisors
Assist with special events / Made to Measure / truck shows by processing and reconciling necessary invoices and client orders
Process damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks and RTVs
Complete markdowns, signs, and move product once marked
Demonstrate operational skills by keeping track of daily reports and SPIFF entries, and checking receipts; ensure department and stockroom controls

Ability to work autonomously
Associate will work a flexible work schedule
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
