As part of the GVS organization, you will work to help optimize software & sales operations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work cross functionality with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT Teams to deliver scalable solutions for the business.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
The Sales Support Architect is responsible for supporting the sales teams, the end-to-end sales process, constantly improving and innovating new ways to improve processes & systems integrations, ultimately creating a more efficient and scalable sales organization. This role would represent Sales Operations in meetings with Sales, Marketing, Product management, Engineering and Finance.
The ideal candidate:
Will be responsible for becoming an expert on, managing, maintaining & innovating new and existing projects which touch the sales organization at a global level inclusive of new and existing systems, offerings, products & policies
Excellent ability to document processes and technical or business requirements
Has a passion and extensive knowledge for tools and automation specifically Salesforce.com, Eloqua, ordering platforms, bookings / finance tools
Has experience in UAT/ BAT testing and documentation
Acts as a sales support resource for process & system support and ensures the tools are adequately linked to the sales process to ensure the highest level of sales productivity
Represents the sales team in the development and improvement of cross-functional process and information flows
Is knowledgeable of a sales cycle leads to bookings, and what drives software sales
Is extremely data savvy enjoys visualizing and analyzing data, wants to help people see and understand their data, and dig deeper than what's initially asked to truly understand what the data is saying.
Enjoys complex modeling and problem solving analysis
Bachelor's degree is required.
7+ years of experience as a process architect, or in systems / offer management
Superior knowledge of MS Office suite, Visio, Webex Teams and other Cisco collaboration tools
Comfortable Making Decisions and Delivering Continuously in a Changing Environment
Comfortable with building presentations and communications
Extensive Systems and tools knowledge Salesforce.com, Tableau,
Technical background is a plus
