E & D Water Works is a leading provider of water treatment solutions for residential and commercial applications. We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our sales department, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes and effective customer interaction.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team with tasks such as generating quotes, processing sales orders, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate customer records and assisting with the coordination of sales events and presentations.

The ideal candidate for this role is an organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. You should have strong administrative abilities and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a sales support role or a similar customer-facing position is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in generating quotes and processing sales orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer database as needed
  • Coordinate sales events and presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared and delivered on time
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a sales support role or a similar customer-facing position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
