Main Purpose of the Job
Biosynth Biologics Division is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Administrator. This is an office based role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, and utilizing SAP for efficient and seamless transactions.
You must be happy to work flexible hours. It can be remote working.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming orders promptly and accurately using SAP software.
Confirm sales orders to customers and keep appraised of ship dates.
Raise down payment requests where necessary.
Generate and collate records related to sales orders.
Prepare additional order-related documents where required.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure order fulfilment meets customer deadlines/expectations.
Check and manage inter-company orders calendar.
Communicate with customers to resolve order-related issues and provide excellent service, escalating to manager if required.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and order documentation.
Add new customers to SAP and update database information when necessary.
Liaise with Product Management team to add new products to SAP.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts.
Work with company CRM to generate sales quotes.
Generate reports using SAP to assist with tracking and analysis of order processing metrics.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to address customer inquiries effectively.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field required.
Strong attention to detail, organised, systematic and precise.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
Proactive problem solver.
Desirable Requirements
Additional education or experience in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a life sciences discipline would be an advantage.
Previous experience in order processing or a related field.
Proficiency in using SAP software (or similar) for order management is preferred.
Experience using a CRM would be an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP system such as SAP.
Previous experience in orderprocessing.
Experience/knowledge related to life sciences or the life sciences industry is an advantage.
