Sales Support Administrative Assistant

Exciting opportunity to assist a reputable organization in the service industry located in the Kearny Mesa area as a Sales Administrative Assistant! This is a full time, career opportunity offering great benefits, great environment and office culture!


The Sales Assistant is responsible for managing new and existing accounts, creating proposals, responding to account related questions, making updates/changes to database and account information, high volume data entry, multi-tasking while working on 2 computer screens and requires the ability to handle fast paced in a team-oriented environment. The team supports a Sales Manager and an existing portfolio of accounts as well as new accounts that are brought in by the Manager.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


--HS Diploma

--At least 3-6 months sales support or related experience

--Great communication skills written & oral

--Excellent attention to detail

--Multi-tasking abilities

--Work on dual screens

--Ability to work in a fast paced environment
