Responsibilities

  • Own the establishment and implementation of sales processes while collaborating with executive leadership and business development teams
  • Develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed sales and orders targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Champion the company's products, services, and market fit
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Provide resources and clarity to customers questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices, terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Manage contact lists and follow up with new and old to build long-lasting relationships

Requirements

  • We're keenly interested in someone with 5-10+ years’ experience or more
  • Experience developing sales processes and continuously maintaining pipelines
  • Experience in IVD sales or some biopharma application sales
  • Knowledge of sales as it relates to manufacturing businesses, distribution relationships, white label, production, etc.
  • Data-backed track record of success in sales
  • Background in Biology/Immunology or Biotechnology field (Highly Preferred)
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Speak Multiple Languages (Bonus)
  • The ideal candidate will have experience selling diagnostic products/materials into pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
