GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for training, teaching, supporting and selling ServiSolutions equipment and product lines in order to achieve sales and profit plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate expertise of ServiSolutions equipment and product lines.
Work with appropriate departments Sales management, Marketing, and Merchandising to drive sales and profits in their respective product categories.
Collaborate with all sales channels, including Broadline, Systems, Program, and Retail.
Execute training seminars in the field.
Participate in sales meetings.
Target potential large end users through direct development or through collaboration with appropriate personnel.
Evaluate customer needs.
Effectively balance managing work and performing work that contributes toward selling.
Complete all required documentation in a concise well prepared and timely manner.
Conduct or participate in major account presentations.
Develop and propose marketing tools and campaign strategies to aid in the growth of sales and profits as it relates to ServiSolutions equipment and product.
Participate in food shows and other sales related activities and events.
Work with Sales Manager to ensure sales results and within budget requirements.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:

Must demonstrate a high level of organization and impeccable follow through skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to effectively evaluate customer needs through listening and analysis. Must be a strong communicator in writing and verbally with good business writing skills. Must be well-versed in a variety of product lines. Must demonstrate initiative and flexibility. Good trouble shooting skills. Should possess good computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work within a CRM.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree in Business or related field with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a sales support or account management role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
