Sales Specialist

Job Description Job Description Cambridge Security Seals seeks a driven and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team and help propel our growth. Success in this role will require a thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as the ability to craft and execute a sales plan.

Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mentality, as well as a strong sense of positivity and optimism, are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience and demonstrated skills selling B2B and will excel at generating and pursuing leads, building relationships, negotiating with customers, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities will include:

Developing product and market expertise Prospecting/Cold calling Customer relationship development Meeting or exceeding sales goals Negotiating with prospective clients Documentation of activities and client record maintenance/Extensive utilization of our CRM software Reporting to management on a regular basis Presenting to customers both through in-person visits and via video conferencing Representing CSS at trade shows Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs Requirements for the position include: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience 5 years of relevant and demonstrative B2B sales experience Thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics A commitment to excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and peers Strong MS Office competency Ability to work comfortably and achieve results in a fast-paced environment Ability to Close The Deal This position is based out of our headquarters in Pomona, New York. The compensation package includes a base/commission combination along with a strong health care and 401K benefits package.
