Position DescriptionServes as the store expert in cabinets by providing detailed product information to both customers and peers, promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs, creating designs with lighting, flooring, cabinets, appliances and paint for customers, informing customers on pricing, options, or status on pending orders, informing customers on pricing, options or status on pending orders. Includes generating leads, conducting sales activities, building relationships with customers, keeping shelves stocked and correctly displayed, and coordinating successful completion of projects and orders. This includes performing order management duties such as entering new orders for customers, reaching out to vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues

Job RequirementsRequires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1 year external experience in customer facing sales OR 6 months Lowe's retail experience.Preferred Qualifications1 year experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including Special Order.2 years experience identifying and selling products based upon customer needs or plans.2 years experience in providing customer service including identifying and resolving customer complaints, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.2 years experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, or installs.1 year experience promoting product related services and plans such as installation, delivery, credit financing, or extended protection plans.2 years experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.1 year employment with Lowe's as a Sales Specialist.2 years experience designing customized products for customers through the use of 20/20 or Computer-Aided Design system.Professional Certification (i.e., NKBA - National Kitchen and Bath) related to position being considered.Associate's Degree in Interior Design.

VIEW JOBS 3/23/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-21T00:00 JOB SUMMARY Responsible for both the pre and post sales support of the Spectrum Reach's Self Provisioning Portal (SPP). Including following up with leads, inbound customer calls, incomplete campaigns or any additional client support and follow-up needed before submission and prior to advertising going live. The Inside Sales Support Specialist will report directly to the Director of Sales Support. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. * Serve as the subject matter expert for all SPP matters. * Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the SPP customer experience. * Follow up with clients and complete pre-sales activities for incomplete campaigns. * Work with operations to ensure order fulfillment. * Provide timely feedback and make recommendations to solutions on product enhancements and product roadmap. * Collaborate with other team members to understand and improve campaign performance. * Ensure timely trafficking of sales calls that may require additional client follow-up. * Capture all questions and route non sales calls within isupport framework. * Manage Salesforce Lightning reporting dashboards for SPP. * Remain current on changes to the SPP platform and SPP related promotions. * Utilize available resources to complete clients campaign geographical needs. * Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of Sales and/or relationship-management experience * 2+ years of Project Management * Self-motivated with ability to work independently * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with both internal and external customers * Demonstrated judgment, initiative and sense of urgency to accomplish job duties * Proven ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while working calmly, quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple, sometimes shifting priorities to meet deadlines * Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous operational improvements through innovation * Ability to develop to work across cross-functional teams * Knowledge of television and digital advertising and production functions * Knowledge of sales and CRM tools, with a strong preference with SalesForce Lightning * Previous experience in an Ad Agency, Media, and/or Ad Sales team a strong plus * Proficiency of sales tools and billing systems preferred * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Spectrum Charlotte NC
